To some football fans, following their team is like a marriage of sorts.
But away from the drama of the beautiful game, would you actually decide to propose to a significant other with an engagement adorned in the colours of your Premier League team? Well, thanks to Betway Sports, you can now see just how a mock up of the jewellery would look.
Utilising AI, Betway Sports have teamed up with jeweller Edward Fleming to come up with 20 unique Premier League team themed engagement rings, with some proving far more costly than others. Topping the list of their most expensive engagement rings are Liverpool.

Their 18 carat rose gold ring clocks in at an eye watering £70,000, and features a green diamond alongside rubies and classic diamonds too. "Green diamonds go for top whack," said Fleming, hence the costly valuation of the Reds engagement ring.
Following them in second place on Betway Sports' list is Manchester United with a £30,000 ruby and diamond offering. The silver metal features a number of rubies, with Fleming adding that: "Good quality rubies are expensive." However, surely there's a joke in here about United spending a load of money, only to finish second in a table somewhere.

Perhaps surprisingly, West Ham's generated engagement ring takes the final spot on the Premier League podium, with their offering seeing their silver metal ring adorned in paraiba tourmaline, rubies and diamonds.
The estimated value of the Hammers ring comes it at £10,000, with the signature diamond sitting atop it supposed to serve as a nod towards West Ham's 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' anthem.'
However, after West Ham's engagement ring, the value of Premier League themed jewellery drops, with most clubs seeing their offerings coming in under £10,000.
Arsenal's 18 carat yellow gold ring with rubies and diamonds is estimated to be worth £2,000, while defending Premier League and reigning Champions League winners Manchester City seeing their ring come in at just £1,000.

£22 a month
The sky blue engagement ring mocked up is a nine carat white gold number featuring aquamarine jewels. However, it has been pointed out that aquamarine is not a typical stone to use for an engagement ring due to it being soft, thus making it's price much cheaper in comparison to Liverpool and Manchester United's.
However, should a blue diamond be utilised instead of the aquamarine jewels, it would likely see the ring skyrocket up the table, giving it a value of around £100,000.
And finally, sitting rock bottom of the engagement ring table is Chelsea with a value of just £500, which is ironic given their summer spending spree just a few months ago. The nine carat white gold metal ring has sapphires and diamonds adorned on it, but does not feature a large central stone, something which Flemming notes brings its price down.
"The lack of a large central stone brings down the value of this ring," the jeweller said.
