The shortlist for BBC Sports Personality of the Year has been revealed, and an I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star has made the cut.
Horse racing legend Frankie Dettori, who was the first to get voted off in the jungle, is on the list alongside cricketer Stuart Broad, footballer Mary Earps, golfer Rory McIlroy, wheelchair tennis player Alfie Hewett and athlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson. Gary Lineker, Clare Balding, Gabby Logan and Alex Scott will present the 70th edition of the annual awards, and voting will take place during the show on December 19.
The programme, which will be broadcast live at MediaCity in Salford, will celebrate 12 months of incredible sporting action. At the end, one of the six nominees will be crowned Sports Personality of the Year, following on from footballer Beth Mead's win last year.

Dettori brought the curtain down on an incredible 35-year racing career this year, securing a host of big wins, in typically flamboyant style, in the process. Meanwhile fellow retiree Stuart Broad, who stepped away from cricket after the fifth Ashes test in July, bowed out with an uncharacteristic six on his final ball as a batsman.
Lionesses hero Mary Earps is the only footballer to have made the cut. She was the standout player for England at the 2023 World Cup and won the Golden Glove. She also won the hearts and minds of fans in the final against Spain with her passionate X-rated response to saving a penalty.
