F1 fans believe that Lando Norris is the best long-term replacement for Sergio Perez at Red Bull, closely followed by Daniel Ricciardo. The young Brit has been heavily linked with a switch to the team in the coming years.
Perez’s immediate Red Bull future has been one of the most hotly debated topics of the 2023 season with the Mexican driver’s form tailing off dramatically after taking two wins from the opening four rounds of the campaign.
Since then, Checo has yet to win another Grand Prix and he has failed to reach Q3 on six occasions, sparking debate regarding whether or not he will be granted the pleasure of seeing out his Red Bull contract, which expires in 2024.

Of the 9,611 votes cast in the survey, Norris was the most commonly selected driver, reeling in 53 per cent of the votes and marking himself as the clear and obvious Checo replacement in the eyes of the fans.

With 30 per cent of the vote and 22 per cent more than his next nearest rival, Ricciardo was nominated as the next-best option for Red Bull in the event of Perez’s departure.
