Barcelona have reportedly agreed personal terms with Memphis Depay ahead of a potential move from Lyon but they are yet to make an official bid to sign Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum. New Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman is expected to make a number of changes to his squad in the transfer window.
He wants to trim down his ageing squad with Luis Suarez edging closer to joining Juventus.
It comes after Lionel Messi confirmed he will not try and force a move away from the club this summer.
And Koeman is hoping to bring in a host of new players to help convince the Argentinian superstar to sign an extension with his current contract expiring in 2021.
But Barcelona have had to target cut-price deals due to the financial situation of the club.

Still, they’ve seemingly targeted players with a year left on their current contract with both Depay and Wijnaldum top of their list.
Depay has reinvented himself at Lyon – helping the Ligue 1 outfit defeat Juventus and Manchester City in last season’s Champions League – and would add another dimension to Barcelona’s attack.
Depay is keen to make the move to the Nou Camp and it appears as deal might be close.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, personal terms have already been agreed after contact was made within the last week.

Negotiations are still said to be ongoing between Barcelona and Lyon over a fee.
Barcelona also remain in talks with Liverpool with Koeman desperate to sign Wijnaldum.
But that deal might be more tricky to pull off with Liverpool unlikely to sell unless they’re able to get a replacement in.
No official bid has been sent to Liverpool as of yet, but Barcelona remain hopeful of signing the 29-year-old.
If Wijnaldum does make it clear he wants to join Barcelona, Thiago Alcantara is Liverpool’s preferred choice to come in as his replacement.
Bayern Munich have made it clear that they want to sell him this summer, but will only accept bids of around £27million.
That may be out of Liverpool’s price range for a player with just one year left on his contract.
The Reds may be testing Bayern’s resolve with the transfer window closing in less than a month.
The Germain giants will not want to go into the January window with Thiago having just six months left on his contract.
