Manchester United target Moussa Dembele would find it hard to turn down a move to Old Trafford, reports say. The Lyon star has impressed this season, scoring 16 goals in Ligue 1 before the French top flight campaign was cancelled. And with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seeking more firepower, he could be set for a stunning return to England with the Red Devils.
Manchester United boss Solskjaer has seen his strikers produce the goods in front of goal this season.
Marcus Rashford has netted 19, more than he’s ever managed before.
And Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial have a combined 28 between them, with both players thriving ever since the summer departure of Romelu Lukaku to Serie A giants Inter Milan.
Despite their fine form, Solskjaer is looking to sign another forward when the transfer window reopens.
He could yet turn Odion Ighalo’s loan spell into a permanent purchase, with the Nigeria international scoring four goals from eight games since his January arrival from Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua.
But, regardless, Solskjaer wants another striker in the door.

Dembele has been under consideration behind the scenes having impressed for Lyon ever since his move from Celtic back in the summer of 2018.
And the Manchester Evening News say the 23-year-old would find it difficult to turn down United should they come calling for him at the end of the season.
It’s claimed sources close to the striker are impressed by the prospect of possibly joining the Red Devils.
But they also accept that Solskjaer would have the final say on any possible transfer, with United also having alternatives.
Timo Werner is another under consideration, despite the RB Leipzig star’s preference to be a move to Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp won’t be swooping for the Germany international as things stand, however, with the Reds content with their attacking options.

United have been backed to sign Harry Kane, too, with the striker hinting in March he could leave Tottenham for a new challenge.
But they feel any deal for the England international would be tricky, particularly with Spurs putting a huge £200million price tag on their star asset.
Meanwhile, speaking recently, United possibly signing a striker was endorsed by former goalkeeper Mark Bosnich.
“We saw Marcus Rashford’s injury, and they had to go and basically get another striker in Ighalo so quickly,” he said.
“I think they need to strengthen in that area to make sure that they have got top quality backup.
“That’s not being disrespectful to Ighalo because he’s been absolutely fantastic since he’s come in.
“If I had to pick one, it would be there.”
A striker isn’t the only deal on United’s radar.
Jadon Sancho is their top target, with the Borussia Dortmund star flourishing in the Bundesliga over the past three years.
And United are also big admirers of Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, who could be on the move at the end of the season.
