PSG stars Neymar and Angel Di Maria are reportedly trying to tempt Lionel Messi to head to the Ligue 1 giants.
Messi wants to leave Barcelona having grown frustrated at the Nou Camp following Champions League humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich.
The Argentine superstar has spent his whole career at Barca but could now be set for a different challenge with the likes of Manchester City and Juventus believed to be interested.
PSG have the money to be able to finance any move for Messi though boss Thomas Tuchel recently suggested a deal was unlikely.
But French outlet La Parisen claim PSG have now stepped up their efforts to sign Messi with former Barca team-mate Neymar contacting the star over a move.
Di Maria, who is a team-mate of Neymar’s at PSG and plays alongside Messi for Argentina, has also reportedly got in touch with the 32-year-old to try to tempt him to head to the French capital.

Tuchel believes Messi will remain at the Nou Camp though admits no coach would say no to signing the six-time Ballon d’Or winner.
“He [Messi] is very welcome but we lost Edinson Cavani and Thomas Meunier,” PSG’s manager said.
“We lose Thiago Silva. Bayern are investing. If we want to compete on this level we have to use the window and make the squad bigger.
“Next season will be very demanding. We have to build.

Messi could be the final piece in PSG’s Champions League jigsaw with the French giants yet to win the European competition.
They came agonisingly close this season, reaching the final where they were beaten 1-0 by Bayern.
