Lionel Messi has already issued a statement of intent at his new cub following his first day of training at Paris Saint Germain.
The Argentine was officially announced as a PSG player on Tuesday following his sudden exit from FC Barcelona and has wasted no time in making a great impression in the French capital.
Despite wanting to stay with the Catalan club, financial implications at Barcelona meant that it was not possible to re-sign the six-time Ballon D'or winner, who has left the club for free after 21 years.
Messi is now fully committed to succeeding with his new side.
According to Marca, Messi arrived almost two hours early for his first training session with PSG, with the Argentine turning up at 09:15am when training was scheduled for 11:00am.
The ex-Barcelona ace arrived at early to familiarise himself with his new surroundings and chat with his new coaching staff, including boss Mauricio Pochettino who he already knows well due to their Argentinian connection.

It is currently unknown whether Messi took part in a group session with teammates on Thursday or whether it was a private affair after only just arriving in Paris, but the new signing is getting to know his new colleagues and staff which is the main priority.
Messi will not feature this weekend against Strasbourg as he has not yet taken part in any form of pre-season training following his extended holiday due to his Copa America success with Argentina.
However, it won't be long until he makes up one of the most exciting attacking forces in world football.
