Bayern Munich captain Manuel Neuer has no intention of joining Chelsea and wants to extend his contract with the Bundesliga giants,
The 34-year-old has been locked in contract talks with Bayern for months and there’s a dispute over how long any extension should be with Neuer seeking greater security from a longer deal.
The length of negotiations have alerted Chelsea, who are believed to be keen on signing Neuer as a replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Manchester United were keen on signing Neuer in 2011 but the German famously said he wouldn’t consider England for a ‘vacation’, nevermind as a career move.
Kepa was signed for a fee of around £73m from Athletic Bilbao in 2018 but the Spaniard has failed to live up to his price tag.
