Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that his side have been hit with three more Covid-19 cases ahead of their Premier League clash against Chelsea.
The Reds will travel to take on the Blues at Stamford Bridge after both have fallen away from Manchester City in the table.
Both Klopp and Thomas Tuchel have express their concern at both Covid-19 cases and the hectic schedule in recent weeks.
Following that, the former Borussia Dortmund boss has admitted that he will be missing three first-team players this weekend.
He said: "I'm not able to say who it is but it'll be pretty clear on the team sheet the day after tomorrow."
Adding: "Postponement? Not yet but we've never had this outbreak. It's more every day another one, a few staff. It feels like a lottery."
By saying that the team-sheet will show who has tested positive, Klopp has revealed that those unavailable are not fringe stars.

Klopp has said of the title race ahead of the crunch fixture: "You cannot win the league properly in the winter.
"It's unlikely but what City have now is a gap, they deserve it, but let's just give it a go. Only one team can be champions.
"A decisive moment in April, you have to be close enough then. So many games to play, oh my God."
Liverpool lost 1-0 to Leicester last time out with star man Mohamed Salah missing from the spot, leaving Klopp desperate for a response.
He added: "I know how we felt day after the Leicester game and I still felt the defeat. It's not bad, but we don't want to get used to it.
"As a person you want to show a reaction with your mates and team, that's exactly what we try."
