Everything you need to know about the FIFA 21 Beta on Xbox, PS4 and PC

With excitement building for the release of FIFA 21 on October 9, some players will soon get the chance to play the FIFA 21 Beta, a very early build of the final game – here is everything you need to know about the FIFA 21 Beta on Xbox, PS4 and PC.

Players who are given a FIFA 21 Beta code will be given access to specific game modes, some players will only have access to Kick-Off mode whilst others will get access to Career Mode and Pro Clubs, it seems to be a random selection process when distributing the codes.

All FUT Champions verified players, players who've managed 27 wins in a single Weekend League competition, will have already received or will be receiving a FIFA 21 Beta code very shortly, as EA try to get as much feedback as possible on the new game before it's officially released in October. There has already been an initial batch of FIFA 21 Beta codes sent out, but don't worry, there's still more to come!

So, how can you get a FIFA 21 Beta code for Xbox, PS4 and PC? Unfortunately, unless you are a FUT Champions verified player there is no way to guarantee that you will receive a FIFA 21 Beta code, but you can make sure that you give yourself a chance, as there are some settings you need to update on your EA account.

Log into your EA account on EA.com, go to Account Settings, click Email Preferences and make sure the box titled 'Yes, email me about EA's products, news, events and promotions consistent with the EA Privacy and Cookie Policy' is ticked.

Then below in the preferred games section, make sure that you've selected FIFA titles and you've selected your preferred platform at the bottom, then click update. This will make sure that you are at least in with a chance of being selected for the FIFA 21 Beta, so keep an eye on your emails and good luck!

Here some other key points around the FIFA 21 Beta. If you are provided with a FIFA 21 Beta code, that will be linked to your personal gamertag/account, so they codes cannot be shared, swapped or sold. So, if you get a message or email from someone who is apparently 'selling' a FIFA 21 Beta code, it's a scam.

Other than that, if you get a FIFA 21 Beta code, enjoy playing a very early build of FIFA 21 and count yourself lucky, because not everyone will be given access. There are already clips circling on social media regarding the FIFA 21 Beta, with one account @FUT21BetaLeaks, showing off the new FIFA 21 loading screen, which you can check out below.

With the release of FIFA 21 now under two months away, EA have already revealed detailed information about how gameplay, Ultimate Team, Pro Clubs, Career Mode and Volta Football are all going to see improvements in the latest release from their popular FIFA gaming franchise.

EA have confirmed that FIFA 21 has an official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020, but some editions will allow you to play FIFA 21 slightly earlier than this.

If you pre-order the FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC you’ll be able to play from October 6, 2020, with the Standard Edition allowing fans to play from the game's official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020.
