Cristiano Ronaldo gifted new Rolls Royce for Christmas by Georgina Rodriguez

Cristiano Ronaldo was gifted with a brand new Rolls Royce for Christmas by his partner Georgina Rodriguez.

The free agent and former Manchester United star was surprised with the flash motor on Christmas morning. Considering his messy departure from Old Trafford and Portugal’s frustrating performance at the World Cup, the sight of the car on his drive would have been a huge boost.

Rodriguez adorned a bright red ribbon over the convertible for the elated five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Initially, Rodriguez teased the extravagant gift by leading the 37-year-old out to the front garden where the motor was resting. It was unveiled to the Portugal captain alongside his children, who were likely just as excited as he was.

Ronaldo will be hoping the joy of Christmas can be carried into the New Year, where he will be looking to sign for a new club. The 37-year-old has been heavily linked with an exorbitant move to Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr.

The rumoured deal would reportedly see the Real Madrid and Juventus legend pocket around £173m over the course of two years in the Middle East. It has always been believed Ronaldo would prefer a move to another European giant.

However, there do not appear to be very many willing suitors for Ronaldo with Bayern Munich, Chelsea, and even Eintracht Frankfurt reportedly turning their nose up at the opportunity. Ronaldo’s contract was mutually torn up by United in the wake of his explosive interview with Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo claimed he felt betrayed by United manager Erik ten Hag and comfortably admitted that he did not respect the Dutchman. When asked about Ronaldo’s departure from United, Ten Hag offered a very quick response to the situation.

“As you said, it is in the past,” Ten Hag said in his first press conference after Ronaldo’s exit. “We are looking to the future. Move on.”
