Cristiano Ronaldo ‘could be replaced by EDEN HAZARD or £62m flop Luka Jovic as Juventus put Real Madrid duo on their shortlist’ following star’s sensational Man United move
- Juventus have identified Eden Hazard as a potential replacement for Ronaldo
- It comes after they agreed to sell Ronaldo to Manchester United for £19.4m
- Hazard’s Real Madrid team-mate Luka Jovic is also a target for the Serie A side
Juventus have reportedly identified both Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic as potential replacements for Cristiano Ronaldo after they agreed to sell the striker to Manchester United for £19.4million.
United announced on Friday afternoon that Ronaldo would be returning to the club where he previously won three Premier League titles, one Champions League, two League Cups and one FA Cup.
As a result, Juventus will look to fill the void left by the striker – who scored 29 Serie A goals last season despite a disappointing fourth-place finish.

According to AS, Juventus has registered an interest in Jovic, while Marca have revealed that the Italian giants are also keeping tabs on Hazard despite both of their mediocre Real Madrid careers.
Jovic – who joined the Galacticos in the summer of 2019 for £62m – has struggled to adapt to life at the Spanish giants.
He only made eight starts – totalling 806 minutes of action – during the 2019-20 campaign. As a result, Jovic agreed to re-join Eintracht Frankfurt on a loan deal for the second half of last season.

Hazard has looked lively in his two games this term but has been poor since joining Madrid
Jovic is unlikely to feature regularly for Madrid this season, having come off the bench for a total of nine minutes in both of their LaLiga games so far.
Real have been open to selling the 23-year-old for some time but want to recoup as much of the huge fee they paid for him two years ago. It is however understood that Madrid understand no club would be willing to pay near £62m and are open to offers around the £30m mark.
Juventus may, however, look to sign Hazard instead as Real Madrid are also opening to selling him for £51m this summer.

Hazard has struggled for form since joining Real from Chelsea in 2019 for an initial £88m and has fallen well short of their hopes.
The 30-year-old made just 21 appearances for the Spanish giants last season in another injury-hit season.
Hazard has started both of Madrid’s LaLiga matches this term against Alaves and Levante, registering one assist.
Despite his poor form in recent years, Max Allegri will hope he can rediscover his best form if he moves to Juventus, who are looking to regain the Scudetto after conceding it to Inter Milan last campaign.
