Cristiano Ronaldo could move to PSG as Juventus prepare a world-record £360million approach for Kylian Mbappe.

The Serie A champions are monitoring the France star, who has two years left on his contract with the French outfit.

Italian outlet Tuttosport (via the Sun) suggest that Juventus are willing to smash the transfer record in order to land Mbappe next summer.

The report also says that Juventus would be unable to accommodate both he and Ronaldo, with claims the Portuguese legend could go the other way as part of the deal.

The five-time Balon d’Or winner is on a contract worth £540,000-per-week, with PSG likely the only team in world football that would be willing to take on such a wage.

Ronaldo had been linked with a move to Paris during the summer window, but the move never materialised.

Super-agent Jorge Mendes is believed to have met with PSG director Leonardo, but failed to get a deal over the line for his most famous client.

Mbappe meanwhile, is likely to have the pick of his clubs, with the biggest teams in across Europe all desperate to strike a deal.

Liverpool have been extensively linked, but it is understood Real Madrid are currently leading the race and could have sealed a deal this summer – were it not for the coronavirus pandemic.

Real legend Paco Buyo believes Mbappe has already decided to move to the Bernabeu, amid reports he would be willing to pay-cut to finalise his dream move.

"It looks like Liverpool are also interested, but I believe Mbappe has already made his decision [to join Madrid],” he told El Chiringuito.

"Will it be next summer? We will see if he expects to end the contract. I do not know if he can handle the pressure or if he will accept any millionaire proposal that PSG will present to him."
