Bruno Fernandes has managed to avoid a serious injury after being involved in a car crash on Monday morning.
Fernandes is still expected to be at Manchester United's training session on Monday ahead of their Premier League clash with Liverpool away at Anfield on Tuesday. According to PA News, all parties involved in the crash were unharmed in the accident.
Ralf Rangnick will speak to the media on Monday afternoon ahead of the Red Devils' trip to Merseyside, and he is expected to update fans on Fernandes' availability for the clash. Reports suggest Fernandes was in his Porsche at the time of the accident.
United will be hoping their star midfielder will be available for the clash as they continue their push for Champions League football.
The door was opened for Rangnick's side after Arsenal and Tottenham both dropped points over the weekend, allowing United to close the gap. The Red Devils are now in fifth, level on points with Spurs, and three points ahead of Arsenal – who have a game in hand.
However, United face a tough task to pick up points against quadruple chasing Liverpool.

There could be added pressure on the Portuguese star during United's run-in too.
Fernandes' midfield partner Paul Pogba was on the end of a hostile reception against Norwich on Saturday.
Pogba, who is out of contract in the summer, was booed by United fans and on the end of 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' chants.
