Memories of Barcelona’s incredible comeback against PSG back in 2017 have come flooding back in the lead-up to this first leg.
Now known as ‘La Remontada’, it was a dark chapter in the French side’s history as they threw away a 4-0 first-leg lead to go out in dramatic fashion.
But Tuesday night’s clash is a clean slate for both European giants, who will share the ambition of lifting the trophy this year.
Lionel Messi and Co take on a PSG side without injured Neymar and Angel di Maria so will be looking to capitalise on those absences.

Stodgy at the start, strong at the finish. That about sums it up for Paris, who kicked off with a mental and physical hangover from their run to the final in August.
The French champions had to dig deep to stave off total disaster at times, before ultimately rediscovering their poise in a campaign spearheaded by Neymar at one end and Marquinhos at the other.
A brilliant 3-1 victory at Old Trafford saw them finish top of a tough Group H.
The Spanish giants may have struggled domestically this season but they progressed to this stage of the competition with ease.
Ronald Koeman’s men won all five of their opening group games, a run that included 2-0 win over Juventus in Turin.
They went into their sixth and final game three points ahead of the Italian outfit, knowing only a defeat by three goals or more would see them lose out on top spot.
Unfortunately for them that is exactly what happened, Cristiano Ronaldo scoring twice as they lost 3-0 at the Nou Camp.
Neymar has taken to Twitter to share his disappointment at missing PSG’s Champions League clash with Barcelona this evening.
The Brazilian superstar has been ruled out of PSG’s last-16 tie against his former club after he picked up an injury in the Ligue 1 side’s 1-0 French Cup win over Caen.

Following the news that he will miss the reunion with his former club, Neymar tweeted: ‘Top three of the games I most wanted to play’ and was following with a crying face emoji.
