The Las Vegas Raiders will try to get into the playoff picture Sunday when they host the Indianapolis Colts.
The Raiders (7-5) are sitting right outside the playoff bubble and the team just above them is the Colts (8-4). Las Vegas aided its cause last week with a last-minute touchdown pass from Derek Carr to Henry Ruggs III to keep the New York Jets winless.
But Carr and teammates will have their work cut out if he is to play in the playoffs for the first time in his career. The Colts defense ranks in the top 10 in most categories.
"I think it all starts with their scheme, but their front obviously generates a lot of problems,” Carr told reporters.

Plus, Carr will be renewing his rivalry with Philip Rivers, who moved from the Los Angeles Chargers to the Colts this season. Carr calls him a future Hall of Famer.
“Any time you play against him, you have to be prepared for a shootout," Carr said.
