- Mayweather meanwhile has an unblemished record which stands at 50-0
- Paul though is confident he can knock Mayweather out in their exhibition bout
Youtube star Logan Paul has claimed that he has a ’10/10′ chance of knocking out undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.
The exhibition fight was set to take place in February but has been rearranged for June 6 at the Hard Rock Arena in Miami.
Paul has fought in the ring twice before with online rival KSI, failing to win on both occasions.
Logan Paul’s exhibition bout with boxing great Floyd Mayweather has been confirmed
Paul is not expected to win but has given himself a ’10/10′ chance of knocking out Mayweather
And though he is widely expected to suffer defeat against Mayweather, who has a 50-0 record, Paul is confident that he can defy the odds.
Asked to rate his chance from 1-10 on knocking out Mayweather on the IMPAULSIVE podcat by host George Janko, he responded: ‘Ten, yeah.
‘I can see how that sounds ridiculous. But guess what Georgey? My whole f***ing life is ridiculous. None of this s*** makes sense.
‘Everyone’s always told me my whole life you know, the things I’ve accomplished weren’t possible until I did them.
‘The fact that I even got a fight with Floyd Mayweather was impossible. Oh, then it happened. So, like man, I’ve heard it all.
‘But the preparation and the training and just the momentum I have in my life in this perfect crossroads of timing and I don’t know, I just feel like the universe is on my side.
‘This is so beyond me, it’s going to be crazy. I think it’s going to be one of the highest grossing pay-per-view fights ever.’
Paul first fought in a white collar bout in 2018, drawing with KSI in their fight which took place in Manchester.
It will be the first time Mayweather has stepped into the ring since December 31, 2018
A year later the pair turned pro, and the American was beaten by split-decision in Los Angeles.
Mayweather’s promotional team described the fight with Paul as a ‘historic crossover event’.
The undefeated great has not stepped in a ring since defeating kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in just over two minutes on New Year’s Eve 2018.
His fight with Paul is the third time that Mayweather has been involved in a crossover event in recent years, having also fought UFC icon Conor McGregor in a £215million fight back in August 2017, which he won via a 10th-round stoppage.
It has not yet been confirmed who will be fighting on the undercard of Mayweather’s showdown with Paul, but reports claim Jean Pascal’s rematch with Badou Jack for the WBA ‘regular’ light-heavyweight belt will feature on it.

Speaking of the fight, Mayweather told the Disruptive Entrepreneur podcast: ‘I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $35million (£25m).
‘I can eventually probably make $50million (£36m), for just a regular fight.
‘Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun and make nine figures $100million (£72m) or more.
‘Everybody thinks that “retired” means at home with your feet up and picking up weight.
‘I prefer to go out, still entertain and have fun. Just because I still go out, entertain and have fun doesn’t mean that I still wanna fight for 12 rounds.
‘I think we’ve got a six-round exhibition. I think it’s gonna be very entertaining for the people, I think people are gonna love it.’
