Jake Paul channels his inner Anthony Joshua ahead of Tommy Fury fight

Jake Paul has taken a sly dig at Tommy Fury ahead of their fight next month by copying Anthony Joshua's training techniques.

Joshua – the longtime domestic rival of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury – commonly utilises lots of neck training for his heavyweight fights.

The techniques such as neck curls and neck bridges were also used frequently by ring legend Mike Tyson during his days as heavyweight champion.

Boxers strengthen their necks in the hopes of reducing their chances of being knocked out by their opponent.

And Paul uploaded a video of himself training his neck whilst promising a "complete embarrassment" of the Fury family next month.

"One month to go until December 18th and a complete embarrassment of the Fury family. Mark your calendars now to witness history in Tampa," the post wrote.

Fury has taken aim at Paul's preparation for the fight whilst also boasting about having "the best camp" of his life.

“Whilst Jake enjoys afternoons in the arcade playing dance mat with his side tin I thought I’d take 5 minutes out from the best camp of my life to say NOTHING can save you now," Fury wrote.

“December 18th, you’ll see that you can’t come in my world and not get hurt.”

Both Fury and Paul last fought in August, with Paul outpointing former UFC star Tyron Woodley whilst Fury defeated Anthony Taylor in a sluggish display.

The two celebrities are still very inexperienced in their ring careers with just 11 professional bouts between them.

Fury's father John is confident his son – who has stopped four of his seven professional opponents – will knock Paul "spark out" inside four rounds.

Meanwhile, Paul has predicted he will drag Fury into the deep waters to pick up a late stoppage win.

And 'Gypsy' John is targeting a fight with Logan Paul – Jake's brother – for Tommy after December 18.

He told Rob Moore : "We'll get the brother out the game as well, then we'll start looking at conventional titles for him. A brother is gonna wanna redeem another brother isn't he.

"When he knocks Jake Paul out, the brother's gonna wanna take his part ain't he. But I don't think so because the hiding Tommy's gonna give Jake Paul, the other brother won't be interested either.

"Listen, Tommy's getting paid more money for this than some world champions. He's getting paid in the millions, so if we get millions for getting wet we're gonna do it, because it's good business."
